By accessing or using Crate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Subscriptions, Credits & Purchases

Crate offers subscription plans and individual credit purchases, both processed securely through Stripe. Subscription terms (billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation) are detailed at checkout. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) upload malicious content, (b) infringe on intellectual property rights, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, (d) resell or redistribute assets in their original form, or (e) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.

5. Intellectual Property

Assets available on Crate are owned by their respective creators. Purchasing an asset grants you a license to use it under the terms specified on the License page. The Crate platform, brand, and original content remain our intellectual property.

6. Seller Terms

If you sell assets on Crate, you represent that you own the rights to the content you upload. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. Seller payouts are processed according to the schedule outlined in the seller dashboard.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Crate constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
